The Clothes Make the Girl.

This is such a great post especially for anyone that is feeling like they went a bit overboard during thanksgiving or has been kinda off the wagon for a bit of time. I was so inspired by this post and could relate to so much of what she was saying.

Tiger Woods’ Latest Bump and Run – Love Lawyer.

Tiger’s alleged affair has become a media feeding frenzy. As a divorce lawyer, I am constantly asked as to the reason a married  man with millions or billions of dollars, power and stature would risk it all just for a tawdry piece of tail.  The stories are similar and the search for a logical answer for such  nonsensical conduct becomes  nonexistent .   Obviously, looking for a commonsense answer does not work because affairs of the ego (and “head”) do not stem from a sound mind.

Subway Guy Falls Off The Diet Wagon – That’s Fit.

Jared Fogle, a.k.a., “the Subway guy” was recently spotted in the Miami airport toting some extra baggage — and not the kind on two wheels either.

Crossfit Women: Why Crossfit Women?.

I think a Women’s Only class has a lot to do with personal preference and what you’re looking for. People pass by Crossfit Central all the time and think, “What the hell are those people doing? The sun’s not even up!” (Direct quote from my husband’s boss). Even though we all know better, it looks slightly intimidating. For me, joining a Women’s class was way less scary.

Times Skimmer

The New York Times just introduced Times Skimmer, a really smart and cool way to read the newspaper when you’re pressed for time.

The Art of the Unfriend is a really interesting podcast talking about how Facebook changes the way we communicate and how this changes the rules of social behavior:

Hutchinson believes that, we as social creatures, should take some cues from other forms of communication. You wouldn’t text, call, or knock on someone’s door several times a day to tell them how much you enjoyed what they were reading, doing, or saying, so why comment or “like”, everything they post on their Facebook wall. Right? How does one create social boundaries on their networks and how do we not take it so, er, personally when someone does not befriend us?

The Tao of Tweeting.

It doesn’t take much skill to tweet — you simply type what you want to say in under 140 characters. But while the barrier to entry is extremely low, tweeting well is something else entirely.

Find Your Digital Twin on Facebook

Once you connect your Facebook account with the Coke Zero Facial Profiler, the app will scan your photos (you can also use your webcam to snap a beauty shot) and use facial recognition software to match your face against others in their database.
