Cardio:

Treadmill run 36 mins
Stairmill 10 mins

Weight room:

40 lb side bends
45lb OH Squats
25lb walking lunges
One arm Hangcleans 30lbs
50 bench jumps

Core:

50 BOSU pushups
50 placement situps using 14lb ball
14lb Ball Twists
