Gold’s Gym was again full of good intentioned people. I have said it before, I appreciate the effort of these folks, I really do, it’s just that I have to park super far out and it’s cold because of the crowd at the gym. Double edged sword I guess.
I felt pretty good during my 1 hr 25 min workout:
Treadmill approx 3.5 miles with the last half mile intervals
25lb push presses
45lb OH squats
25lb Arnold presses
50 bench jumps
10 mins on Stairmill
40 push ups
Then I left, and had a warm bowl of steel cut oatmeal with fresh blueberries, flax seed, agave nectar. Yum!
