Week 3 and going strong!

My husband, Scott has pneumonia.  It’s something that we have to be really careful about. His immune system is still somewhat compromised from the chemo and he is more susceptible to all sorts of bugs. I feel so bad for him – you can clearly see how uncomfortable he is. And he is not the type that likes to be cooped up in our house for even a day and we are now on day 6!       Feel Better Scotty!!

I did do the elliptical last night for 30 mins and will do it again tonite. I am still curious to see how adding extra cardio will affect my body fat. Stay tuned to find out!

I always like to look back on these workouts on week 3.  Week 1, it seems just so impossibly hard and then you notice how different it is. I am not saying its easy – just not as hard.  And then you have one more week to do it – and you start something new!
