Monday – New Camp Session Begins

It’s the start of a new camp session.  A lot of times, the first week of a new session tends to take a bit longer because we are all learning the routine. Also, at the start of the class, Plumbline Training has to get through some of the new session explanation/operations.

The group is a little out of sorts because Plumbline is changing some of the ways it operates and some of it is not going down so smoothly. It’s hard being a single business owner and it seems that at times that can cause some focus to be off the client and more on making it easier on the business owner.  Time will tell how the changes will go over but I think when your devoted, regular clients are not happy with policy changes, that should be a very bright red flag.

On to our workout–

Our warm-up started off with a mini circuit:

2 1min rounds AMRepsAP

fast steps
jump ropes
MTs
jump squats

5 min stations
snatch squats
kettlebell swings
deadlifts on a step (to stretch out those hamstrings) / SDHP
jump ropes/double unders / double push-up burpees
wall ball chest press / wall ball toss  <– we ran out of time so we didn’t get to this one
