Seeing is Believing, right?

Because of the snow, this was the last week of this session’s boot camp even though we only did 3 weeks.

ring dips
hang clean squats 25lb dbs
box scissor steps / tabatas
ballistic push press 65lb

Last night I did 30 mins on the elliptical while watching some Modern Family shows that I DVR’d – getting in some extra cardio. I love that show!!

It’s hard to believe but spring is right around the corner, and I have a 5k race in 3 weeks. The Brambleton Ribbon Run is March 20th to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer research.  I have to really focus on running/cardio so I can manage to finish!

I am going to leave you with my March photo of my progress. I try to take a pic at the beginning of every month so I can visually see my progress. I don’t know about you, but for me – the more I see the reality, the more I start to believe it. Yes, I know I workout all the time – but for me that doesn’t always help me think rationally about my transformation. Years of thinking of myself as one way doesn’t just go away. So I make it a point of having a pic taken so I can start believing… seeing is believing.
