Workout.


After 2 gorgeous, perfect weather days – I woke up to rain. It’s a nice change of pace and it’s definitely a sign of spring. I heard the weather man say possibility of Thunder Storms — Spring is here!  While out shopping yesterday, I bought myself some flowers. I think having fresh flowers in your house just makes you feel happier…The picture on the left are the orange daisies I bought – I also bought some white ones. You should buy yourself some often. Whenever we go to Costco – Nate says to me – Mommy, I want to buy you some flowers and we pick some out together. He’s a charmer in training…I’m so lucky.

reverse grip backwards rows/push-ups using the barbell

65lb back squats

After running outside Saturday and Sunday, my legs are sore. Hamstrings, calfs, thighs – you name it – but it’s a good sore, a yeah you worked hard sore.

There are all sorts of things you can do inside to meet your fitness goals today:

pop in a fitness dvd
if you have FitTV – find a fitness workout that interests you
do 3 rounds of 50 push-ups, 50 squats, and 50 crunches
Use your fitness equipment that has been collecting dust for 20 minutes, doing intervals.
Jump rope
Play your Wii and pick a game that makes you really move
Be creative, and work on your balance – standing on one leg and then the other

Don’t let the weather be your roadblock to meeting your fitness goals today!
