Sunshining Day


Happy Monday! I had a great Mother’s Day. My entire family really went all out in making the day special and it was.  Now it’s time to get crackin’ on a new week and that means I start with my workout. I’m in a good mood, the sun is shining — new possibilities.

backward lunge walks
back peddling

Core:

saucers
knee roll ups
back extensions
25 bottom up push-ups

Workout:
OH squats 45lbs15,12,9,6,3
pushups 15,12,9,6,3x 2
lunge squats 15,12,9,6,3x 2
rope waves (100)
double box jumps 15,12,9,6,3x 2

  1. I left my WOD at home, but here’s what I remember:
    Warmup – 3 RDS as fast as possible
    – 10 pushups
    – 20 lunges
    – 10 hypers
    – 150 jump ropes
    Workout: 5 RDS as fast as possible
    5 Deadlifts 135lbs
    5 KB Swings 44lbs
    5 jumping burpees
    5 box jumps w/2 35lb weights on top
    50m run w/key on back
    100m run
    50m run w/keg
