Another great workout this morning.

springs

leg raises
bridge with leg raises
50 push-ups

15,12,9,6,3
snatches
farmer run 15lb db
TGU (alternate sides)
burpees
tabatas x2

I made it through to round 9 – since this is a new camp session, there was time up front to work on form and instruction so we ran out of time at the end. Next week – I will finish.

    2000m row
    100 chest press – I chose 85lbs, maybe stupidly, lol
    for every time you stopped and re-racked, you had to do 15 tabatas. Needless to say I prob did around 175 tabatas!
    Finish off w/another 2000m row (which was really hard after 100 chest presses)
