I am the burpee queen


You would think that burpees wouldn’t be as hard as they are. Why are they so hard – can someone tell me that? My friend, Ms Connie called me the burpee queen today, which surprised me because I was cursing with each burpee broad jump I did.

workout 2x:
oblique tugs 45lbs
ring rows
30lb db step ups
20lb wall ball squats (have to get the ball over the 10ft line)
pull-ups
55lb push presses

PT Station
broad jump burpees
65lb upright rows

  1. Ran for 35min or so in the sweltering heat at 6:30am! I forgot my water, wanted to do about 45min but I wanted to keel over, so kind of gave up. Hoping to get out for a bike ride tonite.
