2 years strong!

It’s turning into a great day even if I had to start it off doing burpees! Today is a milestone for me – it was 2 YEARS AGO to the day that I attended my first boot camp. To mark the occasion, my trainer – MT – did the final PT Station with our group and even he was left wiped out! HA!

What a difference 2 years makes right?

V Ups

workout 2x:
oblique tugs 50lbs
ring rows
30lb db step ups
20lb wall ball squats (have to get the ball over the 10ft line)
pull-ups
95lb push presses

Pt station was new:
15,10,5
100 jump ropes
tabatas x 2
burpees
