Modified Rainy Day Workout


Another rainy morning — it’s like we are living in the Pacific Northwest!  I have been fighting a bug all weekend but I felt good enough to head to boot camp this AM. It’s a new month’s routine — so this week should be fun and challenging.

200m run with 25lb plate overhead
65lb back squats

Because of the rain, we modified the workout a bit — we did have to run with that plate OH outside but everything else was inside and we kept a running total on reps with each station lasting 60 secs. I try not to make excuses but I just didn’t have that oomph that I normally do –and I am putting the blame on the bug that kept me close to home this weekend. It was not my best performance — but not every day is your best day and I get credit for showing up!
