A lot of Tabatas workout

Driving back home this morning — The sunrise was so beautiful — I wish I could capture it in pictures.. It had the most beautiful shades of purple in the sky, like a beautiful water color painting. The NoVA weather has been so odd — this morning it was misty but upper 60’s which made for very humid air for a very hard workout.

As of yesterday, day 7 — I honestly feel like a fog has been lifted from me with Paleo eating. I’m not sure if it has to do with the elimination of wheat, but I seriously feel lighter and less worn down. I have never gone a single day without something with wheat that I can remember so I have nothing to compare it to — but I am sure it takes some time for it to work completely out of your system, and I am here to say that Day 7, yesterday, I felt DIFFERENT in a great way.

I haven’t been hungry either — I am not the type of person who can follow an eating plan that requires me to figure out %’s and weigh/measure everything. It’s just not sustainable for me in my lifestyle — so I am just using the Paleo philosophy — no wheat, refined sugar, processed food — if it wasn’t around during the caveman/prehistoric times, then don’t eat it — including beans and potatoes. It’s a good general plan to follow for anyone with modifications for your real lifestyle — cut out the crap food and your body will thank you for it.
