CrossFit Workout – Gymnastics!


Good Morning. Labor day is behind us — Fall is quickly approaching. We had the most intense rain storm last night. I down poured for hours and hours and of course I had issues sleeping. I was tossing and turning for what seemed like hours. I don’t know why I didn’t just get up but I did get a lot of thinking done.  So it was productive.

Next weekend i am going to do some de-cluttering again. HB’s room is a crazy mess that needs to be tamed!

I was so happy to see today’s workout. It was hard, don’t get me wrong, but not one of those that causes you to be tired just reading it. I have a lot of experience with those —

Coach Jerry was leading the charge — and that means gymnastics! I love when folks come that do not normally get coached by Jerry and then they see all the gymnastics we do. Its the mix of fear and elation. I mean again, it’s like being on a playground — cartwheels! Whee!

I think the gymnastics we are doing at CrossFit is thinning me out more. In Pittsburgh this weekend, my Mom said something about it. It elongates you and helps with overall midline stability and posture. If doing this stuff makes me look thinner, can i do it all day? Ha!
