Muscle Ups


This week’s workout was brought to you by strength conditioning. Today was about the Muscle Up – The Muscle-Up is a good test of upper body strength to say the least!

Muscle ups are hard. It’s really about technique- which seems to be the key with most exercises right? After the WOD, my biceps were burning. I am happy that tomorrow is a rest day.

It’s been a tough week – work is crazy, last weekend was anything but relaxing and it is showing physically. I have acne on my face worse than normal and am having issues sleeping. Last night, I had no issues falling asleep but had some odd dreams and tossed/turned for a bit during the night. I finally got rid of the headaches — we have had serious rain here all week so I wonder if it’s related to that. I keep hoping my life gets back to a semi normal pace because it’s hard to keep up sometimes.
