CrossFit was the Funnest Part of my Day

It’s been a super crazy day — very stressful at work and I haven’t had a minute to take a breath. I’m glad I got my workout in, because I needed it and will need a serious stress reliever tomorrow too.

10 Pass Thrus
5 Kick to Handstands
10 Push Ups

A bunch of mobility work

5 Rounds
400 meter run
10 Thruster (135/95) <--too heavy, I did 53#. time: 16:32

Wasn’t my best time, and I found the Thrusters super challenging. Little did I know that was going to be the funnest part of my day.
