CrossFit Girl: Cindy


I woke up this morning and that little guy I call the sleep monster was trying to talk me out of going — I tried to bargain out of going this AM –oh I will go on Friday instead of today but then the alarm went off and instinctively I got up and started to get ready. I know come Friday, I will be happy that I get to sleep in. Also we did one of the ladies of CrossFit — and I hate/love doing those ladies. And now I am done – and happy that I went and ready to take on my day.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
5 Pull-ups,
10 Push-ups,
15 Air Squats.

Im not sure what to make of the totals above — Back in may I did 16 rounds! Not sure if I wasn’t doing the push ups correctly or what — sure makes you wonder though what is the difference between May and October. Hmmm…..
