I did indeed head to CrossFit last night. Told the kids to grab their favorite gaming device and headed out.

It’s another lift that is all about technique, and yeah, I struggled. In fact, I got up to 83lbs but my form broke down so I went back down to 63lbs.

It’s a different crowd at night. My friend Kim came but other than that it was all guys. I don’ mind but it was just different. Coach Conan was there as well doing intro sessions. The guy who came was a bit out shape, probably early 50s. He ended his session in the bathroom sick. Sometimes that’s what people need to really drive home how much they need crossfit. For others, it is too much for them – and they never come back. Personally, I think it should be a sign that you need to get off your butt and get to it–and that was the first step. I always tell new folks, remember how this all feels because you don’t want to be back there! Now get to work!
