Get on the Happy Train


I am feeling really good today. This morning’s workout was tough but good and the group of athletes at 6a are a bunch of really fun people. Here we are, people from all backgrounds and reasons why we are there — from a 17 year old adding CrossFit to improve his wrestling performance, to middle age parents focused on regaining their fitness.
