CrossFit Hero: JT

Well, Good Morning Folks!

I was talking to one of the athletes on the Whole Life challenge –and I asked him if he feels better –he said to me that he hasn’t felt this good in 20 years! Another guy told me that he noticed that getting up in the morning isn’t as hard as it used to be. I love to hear stories like that — we are changing lives with this challenge. I wish everyone could take a leap of faith and give it a try for a month at the least…it really will change your life!

Today’s workout was one of the Heroes –which means it challenges you in a very serious way.
