This was a tough one — wall balls take the wind right out of my sails and the asthma that I have makes itself known big time. And as you get tired, you have to stay aware of your squat form. I have mentioned this before –but every morning during a workout, you get to exercise your mind too. Challenging yourself to improve your form, your performance — creating neurological connections, becoming more aware of your body and how it moves — so not only do you get a physical workout, you are also mentally getting worked. Double bonus each and every workout!
