Crazy Workout


Another crazy workout — and I am feeling yesterday’s big time. My traps are very mad at me for keeping my arms straight during KB swings. Now they tell me!

Our workout was from the CrossFit Games Open  & it was challenging for sure

Warmup
400m run
2x–
10 mountain climbers
10 Jumping Jacks
10 push ups
10 wall ball shots
10 KTEs

Skill
Deadlifts
L-Sits (on parralettes, rings and bar)

WOD
9 Deadlifts (105#)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″)
total=7+31 reps Ouch!!

Box Jumps just slay me every time! I get so winded and I am sure everyone does. I need to work on the mental aspect of it all and learn how to push through it to a point. I am frustrated that I stop a lot when I need to catch my breath. I can only imagine how strong I would be if I could break through that … The possibilities!
