I saw this quote this morning randomly while reading a magazine and it really can be applied to so many things in life. Your fitness journey, your diet, your career, your health…the list can go on and on. So don’t let set backs hold you back — they are there to help us learn the right way.

Even though it’s a holiday and a day to celebrate the leadership of Martin Luther King Jr. — I headed to workout. I didn’t even look to see what the workout was, just got up, ready and then decided to take Scotty’s car. Mine was outside overnight and the layer of frost and ice did not seem like fun to scrape off — it was a cold morning!
