CrossFit: DeadLifts and More


Today I seriously almost went back to bed. I made the mistake of looking at the workout when I went downstairs this AM and I saw Box Jump Burpees and sit ups on the agenda. Now, we did so many sit ups yesterday and I am not a fan of burpees and then combine them with box jumps where I can’t breathe — you would go back to sleep too!   We call it cherry picking your workout. You decide whether or not to go based on the workout of the day.

 

BUT — I didn’t and said – suck it up and go! I’m glad I did. We did Deadlifts as well and I love Deadliftin’.
