Saturday Workout


The weather is incredible this morning — and my day started early with a special staff meeting at CrossFit Impavidus. Then I stayed to do a coach’s workout at 9A that was tough — and at 10A, everyone came for the free workout and my friend Kim was there — so I did a modified version of that one as well. Yes, folks – 2 workouts in one day. Yes, I am crazy.

first base – forward roll

10 box jumps
lunges
10 KTE
high knees
10 burpees

We did it in teams — and everytime you got to home, you added a new point. It’s a fun way to switch up workouts —
