It Takes A Community: CrossFit

It’s amazing what a community will help with — This AM i headed off for my usual CrossFit workout and when I got there, my usual lifting partners weren’t there. I love everyone that I workout with but there are a few that are like my partners in crime — and we lift together. So when Dead lifts were on the menu for today and they weren’t there –I gotta tell you, i was bummed. I love the community aspect of CrossFit –it is definitely the main key for me to sticking to my fitness program. I do not like being alone in this –and I like to laugh and be pushed and challenged while I am working hard.  And I love Dead lifts — Coach Conan tweaked a few things for me and I can tell the difference in performance improvement –which made me so happy this AM.
