Honoring Fallen Heroes in Afghanistan


As a way to honor the 100+ plus Heroes  that have passed through here since March 2012 – a hero WOD has been created by SSG Shawn Fischer, a member of the unit.

Fallen Heroes’ Memorial WoD

9 exercises, 100 Reps.

With the 9 exercises representing the 9 months of  my units deployment, and 100 reps being 1 rep for each Hero.

2 x Person Team Event

•200m Buddy Carry run
•100 push ups
•100 Air Squats
•100 pull ups
•100 Box Jumps
•100 kettle bell swings (1.5 pood male)  (1 pood female)
•100 double unders
•100 situps
•200m buddy carry run
