One of the major things I have learned since moving to Highbar CrossFit is how to breathe properly during a lift — here’s a great video from California Strength about breathing. Watch it and try their suggestions next time you lift:

  1. Great vid. I have been trying different things to stabilize during squats. This vid made the light bulb go off. Thanks Stephanie.
