I have told a lot of people about this stuff. Its 40 calories and tastes good. I am not a milk drinker but I do like cereal on occasion. A friend of mine told me about this and I have been hooked ever since. I never really liked the taste of soy or rice milk. I really like the taste of this stuff and it’s low in calories too.
