I have noticed that on Mondays during boot camp the last few weeks, I am just extra worn out. I have been doing the 6 days a week exercise cycle for a while now and pushing myself hard. I am going to take an extra rest day for a few weeks to see how it affects me. I need it. I have been sleeping like a cat this past holiday weekend and I am trying to listen to my body more. Its trying to tell me something, so I am going to listen.
I will let you know how it affects me tomorrow after my 545a workout!
