I think its important to share with you that my group training on Wednesday absolutely killed my shoulders and arms. Having to do those push press squats and then going to boot camp on Thursday which had me doing ring jumps, let me just say Owww.
It’s a great feeling and also important to recognize that you can still be super sore after all the working out I do. So while I love this kinda of soreness, it does hurt to lift my arms or shrug.
So that’s why I am happy today is my rest day. I got to sleep in past 5a and get to rest my body.
