Today’s workout was a doozy for me. I don’t know if it’s having a week off or just being off my regular routine or eating off my regular plan but I am tired.

core: partner 16lb dynaball tosses, and then ball twists
25 head to head partner double high five partner push-ups.

I’m finding it tougher too! We will be back in action next week and feeling stronger. I need to get some decent food in my system.
