So, once again Plumbline Training introduced a new 5 min each station workout.
We did our warmup as usual:

walking lunges (25 dbs)

box step ups (25 dbs)
65lb hangclean squat presses
Partner Assisted Pull-ups
I am not sure who told MT that we all liked this 5 minute round thing but when I find them, they are going to hear it from me. I think the issue that I have with it is after 2 mins or so – (heck, after some it’s 1 min) – it becomes a mental game because my body is hurting. I have talked about this before – the challenges I have with pushing through the pain. This type of workout is not only challenging physically to me, but it completely hits me mentally. Maybe that’s the point and I still don’t have to like it. And look what I get to drive home looking at – the beautiful colors of the sunrise this morning:
