Plumbline Group Session


Last night I decided to see if I could go to the Friday group session since I missed Weds. So there was a spot open, so I headed there for the 545a session.

The roads were much better today than yesterday!Here’s the Plumbline Training WOD:

Bosu warmup
2 rounds
front step ups
front crossover step ups
high jumps over the Bosu

50 pushups (I did 4)
general stretching

Core 2 rounds
good morning jumps
back stretch twists

Workout for the Day – 2 rounds AMRepsAP

Hang clean squats — the image to the left is not me, but is an example of a hang clean.
one arm chest press
weighted situps
Handstand pushups – although I did the modified on a box upside down pushups
SDHP

PT station
3 min rounds
weighted ropes
box jumps
135# deadlifts/kickout pushups

    Ok, went to my 2nd crossfit class (I”m still sore from Wed’s class).
    Tabatas on Crack:
    Warmup
    – 3x down and back bearcrawl
    – 30 box jumps
    – 30 Bulgarian something swings (like a kettlebell()
    – 30 ball slams
    – max squats (5 reps x5) – bc of an injury my max weight was only 100lbs
    Workout:
    – for 20 sec on 10 off we do 8 rounds of each exercise: pullups, pushups, situps and air squats – sounds easy but you do 8 rounds of the same exercise it burns! My total reps was 321 – def room for improvement! Burnt around 500 calories today, I stupidly stopped my HR Monitor, so don’t have the correct total, but it was around 500.
