45 push-ups
3 rounds AMRepsAP / 1 min stations

ring dips
hang clean squats 25lb db
box scissor steps / tabatas
ballistic push press 65lb
A few observations from today’s workout:
- Hang clean squats never get any easier.
- Some people need to evaluate why they show up at 545a every camp — because it sure as hell doesn’t seem like it’s to workout.
- The pain is temporary – although I guess that “sore” isn’t really counted as “pain” when talking about this phrase.
- Someone told my trainer in another session that I have six pack abs. That made my day.
- I like upper body workouts.
What are your thoughts while you are working out?

I’ve wondered about that “show up early and crap around” thing, too. If my ass is at the workout, I’m giving it my all — even if my “all” is scaled that day. When I was going to bootcamp, there were a few people who chatted through the warmup, and it drove me batty. For me, warmup is the time to start focusing, gathering my resources, and prepping for battle. But… potAto, potAHto, I guess.
I like upper body workouts, too. I didn’t know that until I started lifting heavy. Now I’m madly in love with bench press and overhead press and push press — which, technically, I guess are upper body and core, but whatever. I just know it makes me feel strong and accomplished — which is really nice right about now.
Congrats on our six-pack. How fabu is that?!
I miss Bootcamp! I put a small tear in my rotator cuff two weeks ago and it’s killing me. I’m going to come back on Monday to test it out.
Have a great weekend!
my observation from bootcamp:
1) you are a wierdo
2) nice abs!!
