This morning, my friend and I decided to check out the opening of the Reston Crossfit that I mentioned before. They had their grand opening, free WOD and since we were their very first class – we got free t-shirts!
WOD 3 Rounds for Time
15 SDHP 65lbs
20 Pull Ups
25 Push Ups
I finished in 10:07.
I wish this xfit facility was closer. I loved it. The coaches were awesome and really went around and made sure everyone’s form was right. By that 3rd round, your form starts to suffer so it’s great that they were so attentive.
