I didn’t hear my alarm go off this morning at 5a. Poor Scotty did and had to wake me up. That’s what teams do – or at least what I tell him.
Our Plumbline workout today good & fast paced. I really like that Michael is starting to call people out to do more reps at the end of the time remaining – “steph, you owe me 2 more”.

Between all the upper body work I have been doing — my upper body and shoulders are fatigued and sore. I keep adjusting them in hopes that they will loosen up. A couple thoughts to pass on to you that I had while working out today. What were your thoughts during your workout?
-the grouping of people you are paired with in boot camp can really make a difference. Today – I had a great group who push and motivate! I call them Team Awesome!
-it was really hot in there today. Even my upper knees were showing lines of sweat.
-I am sick of being inside. I need more space. I feel cooped up.
-I miss the workout style where you have to do 5 rounds as fast as you can. We haven’t done that since we have been inside and I like those.
