I am not going to lie and say it’s easy all the time. This morning I just did not want to go workout – no way, no how. I started the dialogue with the sleep monster and it almost won – ALMOST. 2 years into this – my commitment and routine are so ingrained that they are in auto-pilot many times. You can’t let your guard down though – because the monster is always waiting for a weak moment – ALWAYS.
