I think sometimes you don’t realize that actually taking a break from your workout for a few days really does your body good — I headed to the gym and had a great workout. I haven’t had a great workout like that in a very long time and it was really energizing. I have been going at it really hard for months now with no real break and I really think my body had had enough!

5k run
OH Squats
25lb db push presses
BOSU p/ups
push-ups
25lb db lunges
14lb ball ab twists
14lb ball crunches
25lb arnold press
25lb bicep curls
crunches
15 burpees
And I feel seriously re-energized!!!
