I should have listened to my inner voice this AM – I got up and headed to group training. I got through one round of the routine and I realized – I feel like shit and do not want to be there. So I left. I was not going to let myself be pressured by Mikey the trainer. I know my body & mind better than anyone and at times I let myself be influenced but this time – nope — time to get myself better. I seem to be going through a rough patch mentally and physical. Being healthy and fit can at times be a pain in the ass process that has highs and lows, but I will continue plugging away at it. It’s a marathon not a sprint and each day you can start again…thank God for each day.
