Group training – new session. This week I am raring to go workout. If you stop and think about how you feel afterwards, you realize how great it really is. Even when you finish one of those workouts where you are sore almost immediately, it really is a great sign that your body is training. Maybe it’s me and I’m crazy, I love the high of a good workout.
