New Group Session — A great group of ladies to end the week off with. One of the ladies — Kim is just shining the past few weeks. This week she push pressed 105lbs! How Awesome is that!! Here’s a pic of her and I at our last get together — she just lights up a room!

Also, a few ladies at group today were talking about keeping a food journal.  I mentioned that they should visit livestrong.com because you can use their food tracker program -powered by dailyplate.com- which has most of the foods automatically programmed in their database. It’s amazing to me how many people out there are still using paper –it’s so early 2000’s people — get digital!
