I woke up really late this morning – past 9A if you can believe it. It’s a combo of that time of the month and a few late nights combined with a little off paleo eating that seems to be making me feel this way. So I got up and got dressed and headed out to Crossfit Impavidus for their Free Saturday WOD. It was a tough one too —

You split it up among you and the partner — so we each did 1/2m run and then did 5 rounds of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups and 30 air squats. We came in 2nd — with a time of 24:16.
