It was a great open workout at CrossFit Impavidus today. A few new people showed up, full of energy! I can’t tell you enough how much I love the community aspect of CrossFit. Fellow athletes all cheering each other on — wanting to see results! It really is the big difference between a ‘globo-gym’ and CrossFit. You aren’t alone when you working your ass off — I don’t know about you, but if given a choice between running on the treadmill for 30 mins or doing a 15 min workout that included push ups, squats, lunges, and tire flippin with a partner – I would prefer the latter. But that’s just me —
