Went to an evening CrossFit class since my hubby is away. It’s hard to stay focused when you bring your kids and they are constantly doing something to get your attention. Ahh — go with the flow. It was a strength day as you can see by looking at the WOD. I am feeling it this morning – that’s for sure. I did a personal record of 210lb Deadlift! Now that’s a sign of serious progress…
