Look at the beautiful things you miss seeing when you sleep in? This was the view as I stepped outside this morning on my way to CrossFit.
I actually slept through my alarm yesterday morning if you can believe it. I think that has only happened to me once or twice in the three years since I started working out! So because of that, I went to an evening workout. Man, it was hot and humid which is another reason I like to workout in the AM — it’s cooler!
