Work, Rest, Work, Rest


Some days are definitely harder than others — day 3 of the challenge has come and gone and I was hungry yesterday and did indeed give in. I didn’t eat ‘bad’ food but it definitely had some additives. I do notice though that with no dairy or other crap, I feel good. NO heavy fog around me, no sluggish feeling — I just feel good. Plain and simple. When was the last time you stopped and took notice of how you feel and what makes you happy?  For so many of us – we are in auto mode and just continue on doing the same thing day in and day out and it’s only when you break from that routine on occasion that you actually notice how good it feels. I guess that’s one of the many things I like about CrossFit – every day you are breaking from routine, constantly varied movements.
