Travel and Activity


I was really tired this AM so I took my normal Weds day off. I am considering heading to an evening workout if I can — we shall see how I feel. I like today’s Tabata WOD so I hate missing it!

 

Many of us are traveling over the next few weeks — seeing family, getting into the holiday spirit. It’s no excuse though to stop being active each and every day.
