Today’s workout was the kind that when I saw it posted – just seeing it made me sore! 20m AMRAPs may sound like nothing to those used to being on a treadmill or elliptical but in CrossFit, they are nothing but brutal. Today was certainly no exception —

Yeah – when it was over, all I wanted to do was lie on the ground to recover. I’m glad its over but I’m also glad I got it done!
