I am really exhausted from this weekend, but not too tired to make sure to workout. I could not possibly watch all of those amazing athletes at the Regionals and NOT workout. Colleen and Kim M. met me there and we created a different type of WOD. It was amazingly tough!

I had such fun at the regionals – I met some really nice people, got inspired by some really amazing athletes, saw some amazing displays of strength physically and mentally, and just felt like a part of the community. And I worked my butt off for Free! Volunteering is no joke for these things.
The hardest working folks though at the Games were the camera team. They didn’t get much of a break and had to be there for every heat, every moment. Those guys deserve a ton of credit and hope they get paid a lot of cash!
